PKL : PT. ASTRA OTOPARTS divisi EDC (Praktek Kerja Lapangan / Kerja Praktek)

Desas desus di kampus selama semester 5 kemarin mahasiswa/i d3 Teknik Mesin UNDIP disibukan oleh topic 'Praktek Kerja Lapangan'  yang telah di tetapkan dari jurusan untuk waktu berapa lamanya. Bulan September 2k16 lalu gue udah mulai bikin proposal PKL ke PT.  FEDERAL IZUMI MANUFACTURING di Cileungsi. Selama hampir 1 bulan lebih gue nunggu balesan dari PT tersebut ternyata hasilnya nihil,  gue ditolak dengan alasan dari mereka gak nerima PKL yang berjangka waktu hanya 2 bulan saja.  Ya its okay lah ya #gagal1 ex-calon tempat pkl Pertengahan Oktober gue buat lagi tuh proposal ke PT.  ASTRA HONDA MOTOR dan PT.  INDOFOOD yang di bekasi bareng 3 temen cowok gue di kampus. Kita ber4 nunggu lumayan lama dan ternyata balesan dari kedua PT tersebut.  Di PT.  AHM negatif,  tp di PT.  INDOFOOD positif KITA HAPPY DONG YAK,  but... ternyata cuma 3 orang aja yang dapet acc dari Indofood.  Berhubung gua nebeng sama mereka kemarin ...

"Genius student with one mission... turning exam answers into millions"    Bad Genius potret cerita Lynn (Chutimon Chuengcharoensukying), seorang mahasiswi yang merupakan murid sekolahnya  . Grace (teman dekat Lynn) memintanya untuk mendapatkan jawaban selama ujian di sekolah. Looking for the Perfect Candidate?

 HAHAHAHAHAHA. No, seriously 😂 You are? Hiring used to take 2 days, now it takes 2 months. Great candidates are turning down your jobs because hiring is a nightmare and no one can make a frigging decision. People used the be ‘teachable’ and ‘trainable’ now they need to be ready to ‘hit the ground running.’ People are not perfect. They never have been. So STOP looking for PERFECT and Accept the fact that humans are messy, crazy, smart, funny, ambitious, shy, inspired, doers, followers, tech savvy, backward, troubled, scared, fabulous and imperfect in every way.
